Powered by a 1.7 GHz Annapurna Labs AL214 quad-core processor with 2GB of DDR3 memory, this entry-level network attached storage (NAS) enclosure features four hot-swappable 3.5″ / 2.5″ SATA III drive bays with support for RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, JBOD, and Single configurations. It integrates into your network through its dual RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports or its 10Gb SFP+ fiber connector. When configured in four SATA III solid-state drives in RAID 5 mode, the TS-431KX-2G can deliver sequential read speeds of up to 1117 MB/s and 511 MB/s sequential write speeds over the 10GbE connection. With support for Hybrid Backup Sync, snapshots, and 256-bit AES hardware encryption, your data is protected from potential threats and other issues. The TS-431KX-2G uses the QTS 5.0.0 operating system.
