Supporting rugged outdoor training and racing, the Garmin Enduro GPS Solar Smartwatch delivers multi-GNSS support for tracking routes and runs, as well as a host of sport modes to deliver customized metrics for specific activities. It can track regular and trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and more. ABC (altimeter, barometer, and compass) sensors monitor weather, location, elevation, and descent. When you’re pushing yourself outdoors, you need a digital companion that can last. This is why Garmin equipped the Enduro with a sturdy, adjustable elastic nylon strap and a solar-charging Power Glass lens. With roughly three hours spent in 50,000 lux sunlight conditions, this additional solar energy can equate to a battery life of up to 80 hours in GPS mode. Monitor your energy-draining apps to maximize battery life, and you can achieve up to 300 hours in max battery mode.Your health is intimately connected with how well your outdoor activities go, so the Enduro is equipped with various sensors and monitoring abilities to help you manage your body’s energy levels and conditioning. You get a wrist-based heart rate monitor, pulse ox sensor for immediate blood oxygen saturation reading, and the ability to monitor your sleep. Additional tracking is available for hydration and respiration. Outside of health and fitness, the Enduro can help you throughout your day with smart notifications, contactless payments with Garmin Pay, and more.
This shows you which settings and sensors are impacting your Enduro’s battery life, and lets you make on-the-fly adjustments to maximize it.
Trail Run VO2 Max
While trail running, Enduro will estimate your cardiovascular fitness level, auto adjusting based on trail and terrain conditions.
Use this with rest timer to log the time you spend at aid stations during a race.
This ascent planner gives you real-time information on current and upcoming climbs. You are provided with gradient, distance, and elevation gain information. It also gives you metrics on descents and flats.
When mountain biking, every ride can be tracked with specific metrics, such as grit and flow measurements that rate the trail’s difficulty and how smoothly you descend. You get an overall score to beat for the next time you hit the trail.
Heat & Altitude Acclimation
This tells you how your body is handling various environments, such as elevated heat and altitude conditions.
View advanced training metrics that include running dynamics, heat- and altitude-adjusted VO2 max, recovery advisor, and more.
This feature will let you know exactly how long you should rest before another big workout, giving your body the proper amount of time to recover.
Daily Suggested Workouts
Get daily run and ride suggestions based on your current training load and training status.
ABC sensors help you navigate your next outdoor adventure. You get an altimeter for elevation data, a barometer for weather monitoring, and a 3-axis electronic compass.
The Enduro comes pre-loaded with profiles to provide specific and customized metrics. It can track trail running, swimming, running, biking, hiking, rowing, skiing, golfing, and more.
This feature helps to keep you on pace with grade-adjusted guidance as you run a course.
This profile can distinguish between skiing and climbing, automatically showing you metrics specific to either ascent or descent.
The Enduro can be paired with the Surfline Sessions app on your compatible smartphone to create a video of every wave you ride in front of your (optional) Surfline camera. Videos can be watched later to analyze your performance.
Wrist-Based Heart Rate Monitor
The optical monitor can gauge activity intensity and heart rate variability. This information can be used to calculate your stress level and can function underwater without the need of an additional heart rate strap.
Pulse Ox Sensor
Using light beams at your wrist, this sensor tells you how well you’re absorbing oxygen. This information can be used to help with altitude acclimation and sleep monitoring.
Advanced Sleep Monitoring
The Enduro can track your sleep, giving you a breakdown of how much light, deep, and REM sleep you achieved throughout the night. It can also provide Pulse Ox and respiration data. A dedicated widget lets you review your sleep score, and this detailed information, giving you the ability to make adjustments over time for a better night’s rest.
Body Battery Energy Monitoring
Using heart rate variability, stress, sleep, and other information, the Enduro can gauge when your body is ready to be active again.
Log your daily fluid intake to help remind you to stay hydrated. When auto goal is enabled, you’ll see estimated sweat loss after an activity, and your goal will adjust accordingly.
See how well you’re breathing while sleeping, during breathwork and yoga activities, and throughout your day.
Pair the Enduro with a compatible device and received emails, texts, and alerts right on the display.
Garmin Pay Contactless Payments
Tap your Enduro to pay for goods and breeze through checkout lines at participating retailers.
Safety & Tracking Features
If you feel unsafe or if the Enduro smartwatch senses that an incident has occurred, assistance and incident detection features will send your location to an emergency contact.
